Sharobella advises companies in Vienna and across Austria and builds the solution ourselves if you want. So you do not get slides but a recommendation we can implement.

What does AI consulting in Vienna cost?

Projects with us start at 900 EUR. The final price depends on scope: how many processes and systems are looked at, how many people are involved and whether you want implementation afterwards. The first call is free, after that you receive a fixed quote.

If you then build with us, we do not charge the consulting twice: the results flow directly into the implementation.

Is there funding for AI consulting?

The largest federal programme for consulting and implementation, KMU.DIGITAL, is exhausted as of October 2026 by our information and ends with 2026. What else exists changes constantly and depends on federal state, project and timing. We tell you in the call what we currently see. Only the funding bodies themselves can grant approval. Is this different from your AI agency service?

What does the EU AI Act require of companies?

Since 2 February 2025 companies using AI must ensure sufficient AI literacy among their staff. Further duties depend on the use case. In consulting we show where you need to look closer. This does not replace legal advice.
