Sharobella is an AI agency in Vienna (1020). What an AI agency does for you
An AI agency plans, builds and runs AI solutions that take over or prepare work in your company. We do not only advise: you get a running system, not a slide deck. Sharobella develops production-ready AI software, AI agents, chatbots and automations for companies in Vienna, across Austria and the DACH region.

What does AI development cost?
The price depends on four things: how big the system is, how many tools are connected, how much has to be custom-built and how much onboarding and support you need. A chatbot on an FAQ page and an agent connected to shop, ERP and accounting therefore do not cost the same.
This is how we handle it: the first call is free. After that you get a fixed price for the build, not an open pool of hours. Ongoing operation with support and further development is agreed separately as a monthly fee. Projects with us start at 900 EUR. The final price depends on the project, and we give you an order of magnitude for your case in the first call.
Our own AI platform instead of a toolkit
We build and run our own platform with a knowledge graph (Neo4j), vector search (Qdrant) and Claude-based agents, connected through the Model Context Protocol. We use the same technology in client projects.
- The knowledge sits in a database that belongs to you. The AI models are interchangeable.
- Every answer names its source. If the system finds nothing, it says so.
- Routine work runs on local models, difficult analysis goes through an external interface when needed.
- What goes out is approved by a person.

Who we work for, and who we do not
A good fit: companies with recurring work and several systems (shop, ERP, CRM, documents) that want productive software and are ready to start with one clearly bounded use case. That ranges from online shops and service providers to logistics and property management.
Not a fit: pure AI training without implementation, one-off experiments without a process behind them and legal opinions. If AI is not the right way for your plan, we will tell you, even if we earn nothing from it.
AI, data protection and the EU AI Act
We build with user and permission management, logs, secure hosting and backups. Which data goes to which model is set per use case: confidential material can stay on local models, difficult cases go through an external interface, and a person approves before anything is sent out. Where the systems run, we discuss with you before the start.
Since 2 February 2025 the EU AI Act requires companies that use AI to ensure sufficient AI literacy among their staff. This is not legal advice, but it is a reason not to introduce AI on the side, but with rules, responsible people and documentation.
Funding for AI projects
Austria has recurring programmes, for example through FFG, aws and the Vienna Business Agency. Whether and which one is open at the moment changes constantly and depends on your project. We check this with you before you decide. Only the funding bodies themselves can grant approval.
